Ronnie Brown Down

We have all heard about Ronnie Brown getting injured so I am not going talk about the actual injury. Brown was the leading back in real life and fantasy production this year. But the way Brown was injured is a point of conjecture. It was getting hit after a turnover and a lot O guys have suffered serious damage in this situation before. Maybe with key players the mantra in this situation should be don't try to give of take a hit. When the ball is turned over the pooch is already screwed maybe save yourself is the wisest move? At least with a player of Ronnie Browns value?

| | I see what you're saying, Coach, but I dunno... I've always liked Akers especially because he's not afraid to hit guys. Where do you draw the line then? If the other team scores a TD, it really sucks. But maybe Trent Green and Ronnie would say that TD is irrelevant when your career is on the line. hmmm |

| | Akers in the grand scheme of things dont mean much. Kickers are a dime a dozen. Yearly we see two or three new guys bust on the scene that are really good, and there are many always waiting in the wings. |
