Knicks lose a heartbreaker to Mavs in OT 124-114

Knicks lead the first half by 10 most of the time until Nate and Chadler both drew 3 personals and Nate added a technical for arguing with the refs. Mavs were very cold except for 26 pts by DIRK and 17 pts from the line. Knicks should have had a larger lead at halftime but foul trouble/ free threws made the game closer then it should have been.

They were leading in the 4th and Dirk was too much. Both teams had opportunities to win in regulation and neither capitalized. Knicks fell apart in the 4th and let a winnable game get away.

Knicks play defending champs next and will need an all out effort to win. Garnett will have a huge game but we will have to play better defense on the outside on allen and pierce.
