The Bill of Non-Rights

Posted 11-02-2008 at 03:46 AM by Mustang Jones
The Bill of Rights

First Ammendment to the Constitution of the United States of America

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

First of all, in what section of The Constitution of the United States of America are the Rights of its citizens in question?

Secondly, show me the part where the Constitution even alludes to a restriction of freedoms.

Third, can someone please tell me how the Bill of Rights protects all those freedoms?

Fourth, the Constitution declares, with it's first breath, no less, "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Butt at the end, we'll amend? With a Bill of Rights?

What of Justice, Liberty, Posterity and Tranquility?

The Bill of Rights is just the opposite.

Where are these words in the bill of rights:
union, justice, tranquility, common defense, general welfare, secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.

You can't find them

Know why? Those Rights have been amended.
