9 "southern" teams in the Top 15. Most, if not all, will cancel each other out in conference play. Wake Forest and 3 Non BCS schools.

USC, who's worthiness at #1 is for another thread, and the Big 10, the old money Rose Bowl power players, have only 3 spots covered. Throw in South Florida, seed em, and lets get it on.

Florida has beaten Tennessee
LSU has beaten Auburn
Georgia beat Arizona State

In other words they have all beaten someone of value, and all 3 are still legitimate title contenders.

Alabama has beaten Tulane, barely, Western Kentucky and Arkansas. Granted, they hammered then #9 Clemson, but lets be honest...how good is Clemson? They havent beat anyone either.

You can argue it all out till we are blue in the face and sore fingered, but the litmus test will be Saturday. They beat Georgia, and I will buy Alabama as a top ten football team. Until then, I just dont see it.

oops, forgot to put Ohio State back in my top 25, which of course doesn't really matter too much, since I see it's only supposed to be the Top-15. I think Auburn demonstrated they should be ranked at least above TCU and Boise State fer cryin' out loud.

bama beat clemson who was ranked higher and has done just as much as any of the other teams on that list. lets not forget that tennessee lost to ucla, and arizona state lost to unlv.

bama and georgia are playing this week for the #2 spot on my ballot imo.

btw i think i figured out this national title playoff thing. it clearly just needs to be more like the sec invitational. 8 teams. it goes like this:
