Roscoe Parrish Arrested - DUI

Parrish was stopped at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, said Miami Beach Police Department spokesman Juan Sanchez. Parrish was driving a 2005 Bentley westbound on MacArthur Causeway, which connects Miami Beach to the mainland.

Sanchez said Parrish was taken into custody on a DUI charge. A Miami-Dade County jail spokeswoman said he was released later Saturday on $1,000 bond.

Associated Press

I really hate to see this. Big fan of Parrish and have felt that he has been really held back in Buffalo due to the obsession with developing Lee Evans into something he will never be. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come now for Parrish

Roger Goodell Lied

Kathy Urbanski, whose husband Tommy was paralyzed after a melee at a Las Vegas nightclub that involved now-suspended Titans cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones, said NFL commissioner Roger Goodell promised to help the family pay its mounting medical expenses, according to published reports.

Kathy Urbanski now says Goodell has reneged on his offer.

"Roger Goodell told me, 'You don't have to call us. We'll get in touch with you,' " Kathy Urbanski told the New York Daily News for a story published Sunday. "Now I realize he meant, 'Don't call us, we'll call you.' "

ESPN/Associated Press

Goodell lie? How shocking, LOL

He was probably celebrating Peeerless Price being dropped. Not only project Evans keeping Parrish off the field, bringing back Price didn't help at all.

Vikings WRs coach George Stewart sounds like he wants to continue with the WR Combo of Sidney Rice and Troy Williamson again next year.

There is a lot of speculation that the Chiefs may release CB Ty Law soon. Law hasn't been a difference maker in KC and is a big cap hit. Other rumors have him returning to the Pats to play safety.

This is actually a lot bigger than first glance for the Seahawks

Quote:
TIM LINDLEY, a Center for Alanta was let go off and Hawks picked him up as a LONG SNAPPER.

AGE: 24
WT: 270 lbs.
HT: 6'4"

Non drafted guy playing his Rookie year last season.
Last years Long Snapper is around 38 and was struggling some last year. Gray is the backup centre and he's damn near as old. This is a weak spot in Seattle. They also had a G/C on the practice squad last year but I haven't heard how he is coming along

The Saints will host free agent LB Dan Morgan later this week. Morgan was dropped by the Panthers and will join Ex- Dolphin Zack Thomas for a Saints tryout.
