| Outlaw | Injury Rundown: AP is for apprehension - Fantasy - Yahoo! Sports Al Harris tackled Petersonin the middle of the field after an 11-yard gain. Peterson writhed for a while before leaving the field. He remained on the Minnesota sidelines. Marshawn Lynch, ankle Lynch injured his left ankle late in the fourth quarter of Buffalo's 13-10 win. Lynch could be limited in the week ahead, but the early reports seem encouraging. LenDale White, knee "LenDale came out with a knee, (but) could have come back in." Trailing 21-3 midway through the third quarter, the Titans threw and White sat. Reggie Bush, knee/head/misinformation There's a KFFL note on Bush's player page that doesn't seem quite right. Bush was questionable entering the game with a bruised knee, and he was shaken up in the fourth quarter. He did, however, return to the field. He ran for a two-point conversion with 0:32 remaining. Damon Huard, head/neck/ineffectiveness He left the game with a neck injury in the third quarter, then went to the sidelines and looked beaten. Herm Edwards has announced only that he's going to commit to thinking about the quarterback issue. Brian Griese, shoulder He suffered a left shoulder injury while getting flattened by Kirk Morrison Isaac Bruce and Todd Heap both reportedly aggravated hamstring injuries on Sunday. Based on their histories, you really need to find replacements in Week 11. Last edited by deuce4321; 11-12-2007 at 01:09 PM. |

| Outlaw | Adrian Peterson, RB MIN Vikings coach Brad Childress said Monday that rookie RB Adrian Peterson has tear in his lateral collateral ligament (LCL) in his right knee. Childress said the knee is stable otherwise and that the ACL, MCL and PCL are OK. Childress did not give a timetable on how long Peterson would be out, but Peterson will not play in Week 11 against Oakland. "What they do is they identify it both clinically and with an MRI and they go ahead and grade it with a three being the worst and one being the least," Childress said. "He's got a two-plus tear in that ligament." |

| Outlaw | Travis Henry RB DEN Broncos coach Mike Shanahan announced Monday that Travis Henry will meet with the NFL on Friday. Shanahan says that if Henry's test for marijuana was positive, he will not be with the team for the rest of the season. "We’ll let due process take care of itself," Shanahan said, "but if the test was positive, after what he promised me, he would not be on this football team." Shanahan says he expects to hear from the league a week after Friday's meeting. Henry will also undergo an MRI to determine the extent of the knee injury that kept him out in Week 10. |

| Outlaw | Tarvaris Jackson Brooks Bollinger became the third quarterback to start this season in Sunday's loss to Green Bay, and Childress said he will go with Tarvaris Jackson against the Raiders. Chad Johnson, WR, Bengals: Johnson played Sunday just one week after suffering a scary whiplash-type injury, and he looked good initially. But he appeared to aggravate his neck injury late in the first half when he was tackled and hit the ground hard, and he exited the game holding his neck. He was able to return soon afterward, although he wasn't targeted much for the remainder of the game. There have been no official reports about the status of Johnson's neck problems, but we will monitor his practice activity throughout the week. Last edited by deuce4321; 11-12-2007 at 03:08 PM. |

| Outlaw | James Thrash, WR, Redskins: After providing much of the Redskins' scoring against the Eagles on Sunday, Thrash was forced from the game late with what the Washington Post is calling a high ankle sprain. He was on crutches after the game, and you can expect him to miss some time. Brian Griese, QB, Bears: According to the Chicago Sun Times, Griese suffered an injury to his left (non-throwing) shoulder on a second-quarter sack and was carted off to the locker room. That paved the way for the return of Rex Grossman. The severity of Griese's injury is not yet known. Vinny Testaverde, QB, Panthers: Testaverde, who turns 44 this week, made the surprise start Sunday despite an ongoing Achilles' tendon condition that forced him out of practice Friday. Testaverde managed to last the entire game, even if he didn't move particularly well. Stay tuned for this week's Panthers rotating quarterback announcement. Donovan McNabb, QB, Eagles: According to The Canadian Press, McNabb was dealing with a sore shoulder through much of the second half Sunday and had to continue throwing while on the sideline in order to keep it warm. Obviously he was still able to be effective; he threw for 251 yards with four touchdowns. This does not appear to be a significant issue, but we will monitor McNabb's activity this week. Todd Heap, TE, Ravens: Heap played Sunday but managed to re-aggravate the hamstring that has been giving him trouble for several weeks. According to the Baltimore Sun, Heap, who left the game in the third quarter, stated that he doesn't know what to expect. Fantasy owners should expect uncertainty with him this week and should plan on securing another tight end. |

| Outlaw | Broncos coach Mike Shanahan said Monday that he believes standout running back Travis Henry has a strong chance to win his appeal with the NFL over a drug suspension, based on independent tests Henry has conducted. Shanahan said Henry had multiple hair-sample and lie-detector tests that all showed he had no marijuana in his system. Henry's appeal with the league is set to be discussed Friday in Phoenix. It's expected that the earliest a decision on the appeal will be made is Nov. 20. That gives Henry at least one more game with the Broncos. Reluctant all season to bench Steve McNair, coach Brian Billick might not have to take away the starting job from his struggling veteran after all. A newly discovered injury could do it for him. McNair developed "substantial" soreness in his non-throwing shoulder yesterday morning, an injury that could force Billick to turn to backup Kyle Boller. Bears coach Lovie Smith carefully crafted his responses to quarterback questions Monday, but sources close to Rex Grossman said Grossman is preparing under the assumption he will start Sunday against the Seahawks in Seattle Last edited by deuce4321; 11-13-2007 at 02:46 PM. |
