Jaguars placed DT Marcus Stroud on injured reserve with a "significant" right ankle sprain, ending his season.

Justin Fargas’ (ribs) status is uncertain for Week 15 against the Colts.

We’ll find out more when the Raiders practice, but it's possible Fargas could be active and limited in Sunday’s game. Fargas is confident he’ll play and is a tough competitor, but appears to be a risky RB2 at the moment.

Roy Williams, WR DET

Detroit WR Roy Williams (knee) may not be sidelined for the rest of the season after all. Williams, according to the Detroit Free Press, hopes to play against Kansas City in in Week 16, but returning for the regular season finale in Green Bay would be more realistic. Williams will not play in Week 15 at San Diego.

Lovie Smith says Garrett Wolfe might be bigger part of offense

Bears coach Lovie Smith says "hopefully" Garrett Wolfe will be a bigger part of the team's game plan going forward.

"Garrett did give us a little bit of a spark there at the end," Smith said of Wolfe's performance last Thursday night. Wolfe basically replaced Adrian Peterson in the lineup for much of the game. They figure to share work close to equally against the Vikings' top ranked run defense this week.

Source: chicagobears.com

Not unexpected but not good to hear either if you're starting Adrian Peterson 1.0 this week.

Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder) sat out Steelers practice again Thursday.

Coach Mike Tomlin indicated early in the week that he only expected Big Ben to be limited "some" in Wednesday's workout, so a second straight missed practice is cause for concern. Roethlisberger's injury isn't believed to be serious, but keep an eye on his Friday status before using him in Week 15.

Source: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Doubtful he doesn't play this weekend but something to keep your eye on.

Reggie Brown returned to a complete practice Thursday.

The inconsistent wideout took advantage of a Giants secondary that was down both its starting safeties in Week 14 and caught seven balls. He is likely to play vs. the Cowboys, whose secondary is currently at full strength.

Could be a decent play against big D.

Anquan Boldin was limited in Cardinals practice Thursday.

An upgrade. "Unless anything happens, I should be out there Sunday," he told the Arizona Republic. Boldin initially wasn't present for practice, but did wind up running routes. He's still not a lock for Sunday, but in a favorable matchup at New Orleans, would be near impossible to sit if he's playing.

Source: azcardinals.com

Yeah, you have to play him if he's in the game.

Jesse Chatman was limited in Dolphins practice Thursday.

Chatman vows to face Baltimore in Week 15, but in a difficult matchup and potentially a running back by committee, he'd be a poor flex play.

Justin Fargas will start Sunday against the Colts.

Fargas seems likely to see a full workload despite concerns he wouldn't. The Raiders don't have much to gain by using LaMont Jordan more than usual. Fargas will likely be listed as "probable" on Friday's injury report.

Looks like he made it for a full practice. Still not an incredible play but has been fairly good this season.

Thank God! He is the worst play by play man in the history of the world, and I don't think I'm exaggerating.

The Giants are expected to be without both their starting safeties this week; FS Gibril Wilson (knee) and SS James Butler (hamstring).

Dolphins MLB Channing Crowder (knee/foot) will not play Sunday.

Broncos WLB Ian Gold (knee) is not expected to play again this year.
