| Who Me? Admin | Dillon considering a return? NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports free agent Corey Dillon "is receptive" to the idea of returning to the Patriots. Schefter says Dillon would be open to playing for a playoff bound franchise, and also lists Green Bay as a possible destination. The Pats have a need at backup running back with Sammy Morris having landed on injured reserve. Dillon's impact this year is unknown as his we don't know what type of shape he is in. With Morris out, if Dillon is brought to NE he could possible see some short yardage carries.

| Bloggin' Outlaw Premium Member Moderator | Dillon if he goes anywhere and has any impact would probably more of a TD thief. In that capacity he may have some value in larger leagues with a flex option. Of Course, we don't know what sort of football shape he is in either. He may only be able to handle Goal line touches for awhile. Probably as more fantasy value with the Pats, more football value to the Packers. |

| A.D.I.D.A.S Premium Member | Source: Rotoworld After practice Friday, Frank Gore (questionable, ankle) confessed to reporters that he's been unable to make cuts on his sprained ankle. Even though Gore said "I'll be able to go. I'm all right," on Friday, it's a big concern that he isn't able to make normal football moves on the ankle. Kenny Watson (probable, head) went through an unrestricted practice Friday and is expected to play against Buffalo in Week 9. We're speculating, but Watson would seem a better fantasy play than Rudi Johnson. Johnson's hamstring injury virtually guarantees he'll be limited, while the concussion Watson suffered was diagnosed as mild. Watson has earned a larger role with his excellent four-game run and may be the slight favorite for touches overall because of his superior receiving ability. Rudi Johnson (probable, hamstring) completed his third straight practice Friday and will play Sunday against the Bills. When asked how the workload between Johnson and Kenny Watson will be divided, Bengals coach Marvin Lewis responded: "Let's just go play football." Rudi is a decent but risky non-PPR flex play despite a favorable matchup. Laveranues Coles (concussion, doubtful) missed practice again Friday. Coles is highly unlikely to face the Redskins, which won't help Kellen Clemens in his debut as the Jets' official starting QB. Brad Smith and Justin McCareins will likely both be asked to help fill the void at wideout. Calvin Johnson (probable, back) practiced fully again on Friday. Johnson is almost certain to start against Denver, but because back injuries like his can be tricky and the Lions' matchup is less than ideal, he shouldn't be used as more than a WR3. Detroit could also rely heavily on Kevin Jones and the ground game vs. a Broncos run defense that ranks last in the NFL. |

| Outlaw | Alge Crumpler TE Atl Atlanta Falcons tight end Alge Crumpler is doubtful for Sunday's game with the San Francisco 49ers As reported above Baltimore Ravens starting corners Samari Rolle and Chris McAlister may be sidelined for Monday night's bout with the Pittsburgh Steelers, reports the Baltimore Sun and Rotoworld. Suddenly, the Ravens' 10th ranked pass defense is looking like a better matchup for Ben Roethlisberger and company in prime time. Upgrade all Steelers' offensive players because of this news. |
