Carolina's Walker NOT Suspended?!?!

Carolina Hurricanes forward Scott Walker fined but not suspended for punching Boston Bruins defenseman Aaron Ward - ESPN

Can someone explain to me how exactly this didn't warrant at least a 1 game suspension?

End of a blowout game, with a member of the losing team coming out of left field to waylay a member of the winning team who was already engaging with another player?

Colin Campbell really dropped the ball (or puck) on this one.

when I saw that. The Mullet on ESPN thought at least 5 game suspension... wtf?
