theres definitely a few RBs who would show up on my list eventually if we know a starter, most notably those situations in green bay and tennessee. that would be my list as it stands right now.
Hmm....
switch Gore and Alexander.
switch T.Jones and E.James.
Move McCallister above Benson...and I could live with what you have here. Oh, and drop J.Jones and move Lynch up there.

Benson's ranking is due to potential. Not sure about top 12, but I do like him. Chicago is a run oriented team and Benson will get plenty of chances. That's the reason for the optimisim.

Lendale White

LenDale White should not be in the top 40, or even in the top 80 for that matter. The guy is a total bum. His playing weight is 227 and he recently weighed in at 265, and attended one minicamp practice and pulled his hammy. The guy will never be an NFL running back, and I wouldn't be surprised if they drop his lazy ass.

Funny thing with a ranking list is that alot is made about "Potential." If players didn't have "Potential" they would not be playing in the NFL to begin with. To me Potential is like Algebre, it's nothing but an unknown til you can put number's in the slot.

maroney

can somebody please tell me why maroney is ranked so low? i'm not a patriot fan at all, it just seems weird that someone with such a supporting cast to help open up the run would be ranked so low, especially since he is the go-to-guy in the backfield for them. really confused right now

It's his shoulder injury that bothers so many. With the HC being his usuall cryptic self, no one, outside the Team, knows the real story of the shoulder. The doubts will be thier until he starts full contact drills. After that real good hit in camp that makes everybody go OOOOOOOO, and Marony stands up and smiles as he runs back to the huddle. At that point will the Marony owners breath a sigh of relief.
