I'd say it's a possibility, but I get the feelign that Billy D will either want to remain in FL or head to UK.

What about the Memphis coach? He should be a hot commodity.

I was referring to Billy Gillespie. Sorry. Too many Billys in this thread. Should have specified.

Ah ok, I see what you mean, lol. That's actually a likely move, ER.

And Calipari isn't going anywhere. Memphis better keep him no matter what.

Wow. How many schools would be tickled to win 20 games a year? Still, UK hoops being average to mediocre is akin to the downfall of Alabama football. A healthy UK is good for CBB.

For those who feel Calipari is not going anywhere, is that what you truely believe or just wishful thinking?

Seriously, you can stay at you mid-major Conference USA powerhouse or go to one of the most historic college basketball programs even and get a boatload of cash, much more than he currently makes, thrown in his direction....your saying you would not want that job if you were Calipari??? He can get the players anywhere he goes, if he can get them in Memphis, he sure as hell can bring them to Kentucky.

I would not say that Calipari is off limits, I think he is very much in play here.

Another name I am hearing if they can't land one of the mega names is Travis Ford, Oklahoma State current coach and former Kentucky basketball star. He is a home grown Kentucky kid and played for the school. This is home for him, could be a good fit.

yeah i think travis ford would be a good fit too.

i just dont know why cal would leave memphis. hes getting a top 5 recruiting class every year, 30 wins, and a top 3 seed. why would you leave that behind? what is there to gain?
