Willie may be the wrong guy to run the team but to remove Rick Peterson from the organization is not a good move. He really helped the pitchers get their "stuff" together. Here is another story:

That was really sucky. It was something that had to be done, but it should have been done either weeks ago, or at the end of the season. Definitely not at such a weird hour.

Willie did not set up the team. That was Minaya's handiwork. They have holes in several spots and the rest of the league exploited those weaknesses.
