seriously, what a disastrous game. i know its just an exhibition and all, but i dont see how that doesnt affect his second half play. i expect a slump.

He is a fine player that had a very tough day -- and on the biggest stage in baseball.

Dan Uggla had the worst all star game I have ever seen from a player. 2 chances to at least give the NL a chance to win, and 3 errors. Come on, 3 errors in the all star game? It will make people think twice about voting him in next year.

that and the fact that hes probably going to go back to his career norm, so he'll probably be hitting like 275 with 8 HR at the break next year.

Tough break for a power-hitting 2nd baseman. I can't help but wonder how many errors he would have had without so many chances.

I was sitting on the field level about 10 rows back of 3rd base last night at Anaheim Stadium. Got to witness the whole "Manny flyball debacle" firsthand. Pretty entertaining stuff, the Angels fans hammered him for it. Definitly looked like he wanted to get away.
