Has any NFL player ever just been killed in the middle of a game? It might just happen with Trent Green. (My money was on Bulger before this change happened.)

How many snaps do you think Green takes before he gets his next concussion?

Green's in good shape, mentally & physically.

I actually talked to him a couple of times this summer. He's far from punch-drunk. He'll probably do OK for a game or 2 until Pace & Co invite a few opposing IDPs in for a little QB picnic. Think 'buffet'

Bulger has looked a little 'off' from time to time.....

I say let's put Linehan out there for a series or 2 (yep, thats only 6 plays from scrimmage). See how he likes these big muthafuggas rushing his ass, slapping his ass, pounding his ass, punishing his ass. Linehan might be a little 'off' too. <---Good riddance, you high school coach mofo

Maybe Bulger should put his time off to good use.....

Maybe spend a little of his 6 year $65 million salary on some friggin personality coaching

Maybe if he was a little more rah-rah and a little less all-business, his focking high school caliber head coach would like him

First of all, I really don't believe that this decision came from Linehan but from GM Jay Zygmunt. This piece of shit has got to go. He has been interfering with the coaching since day one.

Due to the concussion factor, I think Brock Berlin would be a better choice than Green. But it wouldn't matter who is at QB because the problem lies with the O-line.

Currently:

LT - Orlando Pace
LG - LGBC (by committee)
C - Brett Romberg
RG - Richie Incognito
RT - Alex Barron

What I'd like to see Sunday:

LT - Pace
LG - Jacob Bell
C - Nick Leckey
RG - Romberg
RT - John Greco

Bench: Incognito, Barron, Adam Goldberg, Roy Schuening

Then they need to use the FB on more plays (for Blocking) and fine Jackson everytime he runs outside the hash marks. He's a bruiser (up the middle) who thinks he's a speed runner.

I think Green will do a much better job than Bulger scanning the field for secondary targets. Bulger is always looking for Holt (double-teamed on every down) or Saunders favorite go to guy TE Randy McMichaels, when he should be checking off until he finds that open man (which 90% of the time is Dane Looker). Jackson is another option that seems to get open if the O-line does there job.

Defensively, we need to go to the 3-4.

RE - James Hall
NT - Adam Carriker
LE - Chris Long

Bench: La' Roi Glover, Victor Adeyanju, Clifton Ryan

Monster - Leonard Little
RLB - Quinton Culberson
MLB - Will Witherspoon
LLB - Chris Chamberlain

Bench: Pisa Tinoisamoa, Chris Draft

LCB - Ricky Manning, Jr
RCB - Ron Bartell
SS - Corey Chavous
FS - Oshiomogho Atogwe

Bench: Tye Hill, Fakhir Brown, Jonathan Wade, Todd Johnson

Bubba for GM!

Better keep that HS coach and his defensive co-ordinator on the shortest of leashes

And don't throw your $10 million a year QB under the bus

This surprises me, I don't see how Green is a better option then Bulger. I could see it if they were making the move to a young guy to see what they have for the future, but they just went from old to older....odd move.

Wonder if they regret moving Fitzpatrick??

The St. Louis Rams, the doormat of the doormat division, will start Trent Green this week at QB.

"It's good to be back in Kansas City," Green stated at the Rams press conference on Tuesday.

"To be playing for Dick Vermeil again is a blessing."
