Donate | Braylon Edwards Foot Injury Quote: | Berea, OH (Sports Network) - Cleveland Browns wide receiver Braylon Edwards spent Saturday night in the hospital after receiving stitches in his right foot. Browns head coach Romeo Crennel said Edwards would be released on Sunday, and had no timetable for the player's return. Edwards suffered the injury on Saturday after having his shoeless foot stepped on by fellow wideout Donte' Stallworth. | | Just wonderful....... |

I don't feel like this is an injury that really downgrades Braylon here |

Donate | This really depends on how big the injury is.
This close to the season, anything more than a minor cut on your foot is going to require stitches simply to ensure the wound will heal quickly.
I don't think missing two preseason games is really a big issue. Still gives him one final preseason game to go out for a few snaps |
