Close Call #12: Dwayne Bowe vs Terrell Owens

I think TO has one more good year in him....but I'm still going Bowe here. Just a better situation IMO, bad defense, bad running game, no other target, sounds like a lot of pressure, but someone is going to catch the ball and Bowe is the best option. Add in some nice garbage time numbers and Bowe is headed for a top ten season this year....first of many is my guess.

Hell neither will even be on my team, but Bowe is the waste. Cassell is gonna tank the first 1/3 of the season, then finally almost be as good as Thigpen was at the finish of last season.

The only way they'd hit my squad is as a #3 WR, and that won't be possible.

I'll likely have 2 WRs on my squad by the time either of these names get mentioned, so it doesn't really concern me.

Crappy defenses? Did you even read my post or look at a sched?

Does this have anything to do with personal hatred towards Owens and the fact that Bowe's our best Hafax player?

honestly, i won't end up with either of these guys.

i picked TO. as miller said in the opening, owens tends to do great in his first year with a team, and i'm just too unsure about how cassell and kc are going to do.

overall, i'd much rather go for housh or roy williams, who are falling a few picks later.

TO is old. He is going to a less talented team. He will be facing better defenses IMO out of the Jets, Pats, and Dolphins than he saw last year with the Skins, Giants, and Iggles.

First of all, if you think I would use my first round pick for T.O. you are wrong. However, late 2nd or early third....Yep..I will take him.
