DeAngelo Williams Injury watch

Many Dwill owners, myself included, are sitting a little uneasy this weekend. Williams' injury seems to be all of a sudden turning into a serious possibility of him missing this weeks game. If anyone has any information between now and GT, please post it in here. Here is the latest update i have:

Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams is listed as questionable on this week's injury report after missing practice again on Friday because of a sore left knee. Williams tweaked his knee during last week's game against the Saints, missed practice Wednesday, and was limited on Thursday. Head coach John Fox has made no comments on the specifics of Williams' injury.

This could be worse than we thought and Williams is the dreaded GTD. Stewart looks to be a nice play either way this week as he could see an increased work load if Williams is not 100%.

WoW, I'm not a DWill owner but like you said on my show earlier this year, Miller. DWill is a 2nd half back. He owns the 2nd half of the season. If he's injured, his most valuable asset to owners is out of the window. People that own him usually can't afford to not have him in their lineups because at this time of the year he's likely the reason they're winning.

Ive got him in one league. His backup is Darren Sproles. Its a non ppr league :(

I sympathize, in one league my DWill is out fallback is Mike Bell.

In my BWW league I'd have to turn to Chester Taylor of Jerome Harrison.....gawd I hope his ass plays, not to mention I am still watching the Betts injury as well.....I can not afford Dwill to be injured....

In my local league it's a blow but not a death blow. I'll need to turn to LT and hope he has an OK game. Rest of the team is strong enough to pick up the slack though.
