DeSean leaves practice on a cart

DeSean Jackson left the practice field on a cart Saturday after tumbling to the ground on a reception.

Various reports had Jackson limping off the field favoring his left foot or leg while holding his lower back in obvious discomfort. The cart drove him to the locker room, but that move appears to be precautionary. He was able to walk gingerly into the locker room under his own power. We'll have updates as they become available.

Updating previous reports, the Philadelphia Eagles are not worried about WR DeSean Jackson's (back) back injury, reports ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
