Donate | Fisher On RBs White and Johnson. "We’re going to use them both depending on the game plans and it makes sense to take advantage of both of their abilities,'' Fisher said. "I think we’ll have a better gauge once we get to the middle part of the season how the carries and the touches are going to work. Provided they’re healthy week in and week out I would assume it would be close to 50-50, maybe 60-40.''

Donate | Since June, White has went from a early 5th RB to a mid 6th in Mocks. IMO, that is very good value for him. If you can snag him in the 6th round, there's not a lot not to like there IMO. |

Donate | The only thing that could potentially hurt LenDale White is if Fisher becomes confident enough in Chris Johnson that he ends up leaving him in at the goalline as well.
As this team gels, the two tight end set with Chris Johnson in the backfield could become very potent at the goalline.
I think there will be similarities in the Lendale White/Chris Johnson combo as what the Saints would like to do with McAllister/Bush, but I think the Titans will be using Johnson less as a receiver than Bush, and using him more in between the tackle runs. Inside running is something that Johnson has been getting alot of work with, rather than using him in the outside running lanes and receiving as they already feel comfortable there.
The thing I would be worrying about with LenDale White is that he is very possibly going to be looking at his role being reduced as the season goes, I just think Chris Johnson will be that much of a playmaker. |

Donate | For one, Has anybody seen Vince Young play? All the defense has to do is stack the box and neither of these guys will run.
You cannot compare this team to Jax as Garrard has a gun and actually has a couple decent WR'S when healthy.
These RBS are going to disappoint a lot of people this year if Vince cant get his act together. |

Donate | It's not so much Vince getting his act together, it is getting receivers to catch.
Regardless what Vince does in the passing game though, the running game in Tennessee is going to produce, the offense is built around a strong running game, and this team runs the ball more than anybody, and does it successfully.
If you try to key in on the running backs, Vince Young will burn you with a run of his own.
and again, when you watch Tennessee in the preseason, you can't key in on stats. Fisher could care less if he wins a game, and could care less about catering to players strengths during the preseason. He regularly puts them in the situations that are the biggest tests for the player. Fisher uses the preseason for what it is intended. |

I do agree though, the receiving side of this offense does need to take a step forward this year. |
