Donate | Ok, give me your opinions of this draft. I had a couple things go wrong, probably the biggest was not being able to get to a computer in the 6th or 7th round and havind the computer auto select for me. - 1.02 Shaun Alexander, RB (#2 overall)
- 2.13 Tatum Bell, RB (#27 overall)
- 3.02 Donovan McNabb, QB (#30 overall)
- 4.13 Jason Witten, TE (#55 overall)
- 5.02 Lavernanues Coles, WR (#58 overall)
- 6.13 Mushin Muhammad, WR (#83 overall)(computer selected)
- 7.02 Derrick Mason, WR (#86 overall) (computer selected)
- 8.13 Frank Gore, RB (#111 overall)
- 9.02 Eric Shelton, RB (#114 overall)
- 10.13 Dallas Defense/ST (#139 overall)
- 11.02 Mark Clayton, WR (#142 overall)
- 12.13 J.P. Losman, QB (#167 overall)
- 13.02 Matt Jones, WR (#170 overall)
- 14.13 Bernard Berrian, WR (#195 overall)
- 15.02 Jerramy Stevens, TE (#198 overall)
- 16.13 Josh Brown, K (#223 overall)
- 17.02 Marion Barber, RB (#226 overall)
- 18.13 Patrick Crayton, WR (#251 overall)
The Tatum Bell pick may backfire on me as he was the projected starter at the time, now Andeson is ahead of him in Denver. Going WR in rounds 5,6,7 of a 14 team league really messed up my strategy, causing me to reach severaly for a couple very iffy running backs in the next two rounds.
I generall dont take a QB in the 3rd round, but for some reason I see good things in store for McNabb this season.
My best pick (IMO), Jason Witten. Best TE in the draft, I think.
Lineps requirements QB-1 RB-2 WR-3 TE-1
D-1

You took a lot of risks on your backup WRs but they might jus work out for you, your starters are solid but not spectacular. I also like Witten but no way is he the top TE. I think you will need a couple of things to happen for you to be a serious contender, the biggest Bell winning the job and producing.
Hey if you don't care for Mason maybe we can work something out...... |

The Runninbacks disappeared quickly, and left me forced to reach early to get Gore and Shelton |
