Reggie Bush - More Knee Swelling

I was saying before the season that this was going to be an issue, as the knee was swelling back then. Very limited playing time seemed to keep it under control, but after a productive week, the knee is swelling up again.

I seriously can't see his playing career lasting much longer.

It's the same knee on which Bush had surgery last December to repair cartilage.

Bush is coming off one of his best games of the season, when he gained 98 yards and scored two touchdowns last Sunday in St. Louis.

Saints coach Sean Payton said Thursday that Bush has experienced some swelling in the knee and is receiving some rest. Payton wouldn't reveal Bush's chances of playing this Sunday.
