Donate | I like the "scatback" sarcasm
However, I think a mistake is being made in thinking this guy is simply a backup running back.
Would I draft him as a starter this year? No. I still think he is the #2 rookie running back for dynasty leagues this year though, and a good option as a #3 or #4 running back in redraft leagues. I see a whole lot more sleeper potential in this guy than any other running back you are gonna draft in this area. |

$40,000 vb's
ROY -
DD - Chris Johnson
Miller - DMac
In fact, if anyone else wants to toss in 40k and pick another player not taken, I'm sure DD won't mind others being in, I sure don't. |

I don't see C.Johnson as....say McFadden. Then again, I don't see McFadden as the next AP either.
No I see C.Johnson as the next MJD. And quite honestly, I see him more successful than MJD. But fact is they are both comparable. So now I ask Da Bomb, if you are comfortable taking MJD early in a draft...why not C.Johnson? |

Donate | do you see him scoring consistent double digit TDs like MJD? cuz i dont think he has the body type or running style to come even close to that. and that is the biggest reason for MJD's success as a fantasy player.
also i wouldnt personally take MJD very early in a draft this year. as long as taylor's around (and who knows after that), MJD is too inconsistent for me to rely heavily on him. i could certainly live with him as a usable RB2, but not where hes being taken.
as for chris, i can start buying into his longer term value if he gets that receiving game going and what not, but that seems like something thats going to take longer to work into the system... unlike a prototypical back who just has to get handed the ball and follow blockers.
i guess i would return the question. are you willing to take and rely on reggie bush week by week in a non-ppr league? i certainly am not until i see differently.
also, chris johnson really needs a nickname. and please, not CJ3. |

44 yards of offense in the first quarter, 17 yard punt return. Not bad. |

2nd quarter, the entire offense tanked. |

Overall, not a bad performance, considering Vince Young once again looked bad. Hope he snaps out of this. |
