Will the governor of Pennsylvania have to buy a gift for himself? Is he secretly giddy about the idea of this, sort of like if you accidentally draw your own name in Secret Santa???

Two teams meeting from the same state in the Superbowl has only happened 2 times. This matchup if it occurs is number 3.
