Giants Name Steve Spagnuolo As Defensive Coordinator

Tom Coughlin stayed close to home to find his new defensive coordinator, as the newest addition to his staff was residing just down the New Jersey Turnpike and in the NFC East. The Giants’ head coach today named Steve Spagnuolo to head the team's defense. Spagnuolo replaces Tim Lewis, who was dismissed on Jan. 11 after three seasons as the Giants' defensive coordinator.
