| who me? Admin | While the Browns are currently shopping the free agent market to improve their team, they are also attempting to cut Couch's salary in a big way. The cut calls for over 50% in salary cuts for the next two years (from $7.6 million to $3 million this year, and from $8 million to $3.5 million in 2005.) The proposal also call for up to a $3 million dollar bonus, depending on the team's record. Couch is so pissed that he wont even respond to the offer, and according to Sportsline.com, the Browns are working on a second proposal. http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/7149281 |
