I think he's referring to this:

Oct 17 Mike Reiss, of the Boston Globe, reports the NFL has fined New England Patriots QB Tom Brady an unspecified amount of money for not having his chinstrap buckled to his helmet, according to his agent Don Yee. Yee would not say which game the infraction occurred but said Brady is appealing the fine.

I think its a crime that Brady has so many weapons on offense, a stellar defense, the best coach in football, and a top draft pick in '08. It's just not fair.
