The process is simple, I will put up a thread with a Poll for each pick. You can choose one of the supplied players or you can choose other if you have a player you like better. All I ask is if you pick other, you post in the thread who your other player is, so I can tally votes for that player. Lets assume a redraft league, and 12 teams with basic non-ppr scoring.

We will try to do at least two rounds, and if this is successful, we can try it in other forms later.
