According to Adam Schefter it is a 4 year contract for $4,833,000 with $2,732,500 guartanteed.

Looks like it will be a battle between Kelly and Thomas for that #2 spot this year.

The Associated Press reports the Washington Redskins have agreed to terms on a four-year, $3.5 million deal with rookie TE Fred Davis. The contract includes a $1.8 million signing bonus for the second-round selection.
