Bell isn't in camp shape and hurt his hamstring trying to make an impression:

The running back situation is a crap shoot. Whoever looks best coming out of camp wins. At this point, nobody is overly impressing.

The local media sometimes confuses lots of bodies with depth.

Have to figure That The Texans are hoping someone steps up and takes charge. They have put together a great D and I have to figure that next year they will throw a top pick at RB if no one sticks out. I like that depth remark.
