Wow. Do they have that much faith in Ricky Williams? Tuna must either not like the guy or be getting something big in return. I can't see them simply cutting him.

I seriously doubt this. You're telling me the Tuna is willing to trust his running game to Ricky "Pass the doobie" Williams? I mean, c'mon. His meltdown is coming. It's not a question of if he fails a drug test of gets arrested for possession, but when. If Parcells does this, then he's really lost his mind.

I'd be willing to bet Dan Marino would have been traded by The Tuna. And Jimmy Johnson wishes he'd had the hangy-downs to do just that.

Coach Tony Sparano said Tuesday there's "no chance" the Dolphins will trade Ronnie Brown.

"There was no discussion of that internally or externally," said Sparano, who said the rumor wasn't a tough one to dispel. "That is easy," he said. "I wish they were all like that." The rumor didn't really make sense when Miami's whole offense is based around the running game. Ronnie remains a risky mid-round pick, but this should calm things down.

Why does anyone believe what Mortenson ever says? ESPN seems to go after rumor rating instead of any factual stories these days.
