Cowboys TE Jason Witten in The Slot?

Hearing about Jason Witten being used in the slot as a third WR.

Monster Numbers????

Wasn't he used in the slot last year as well?? I believe he was, but this year that should probably increase at least in the early part of the season seeing how they have run out of WR depth.

Who the hell do you even put on a guy like this if he's in the slot?

When he's lining up doesn't that kind of send a loud and clear signal of "we're passing"?

You have to bring in a safety because a linebacker isn't going to get it done.
There is also talk about Felix Jones being used here.

Bottom line, The Dallas Cowboys are going to once again pass, and pass often.

I said over the past few months that Dallas planned on passing more than last year. You can see now that this is becoming a reality.
