the real kicker is that i bet for the cost of rudi and willie doing nothing and now being gone, i bet this team couldve kept eric steinbach instead.

That is the REAL issue here. They spent money on the wrong people...that is the PERFECT definition of Cincy football. I happen to think cutting Willie is the right thing. He isn't what he was, he was getting blown away by speed rushers. Andrews will be the RT, and he is an upgrade over the current Anderson. The only concern I have on the Cincy line is Center. Ghiachuc is a liability big time.

all I know is with the money they save in cutting Rudi, Willie and O'Neal they damn better resign Housh now!!! No focking excuses, just sign him!! And sign his ass NOW!

I think the Bengals organization did Willie wrong, plain and simple. I know that loyalty has no place in the "new" NFL, but doesn't mean I like it. For everything this man has given the city he deserved better then the way Cincy ended it....but I should know better by now to expect this organization to do the right thing....
