Wonder who will do the surgery. James Andrews would top my list.

Here is something that needs to be watched closely: Randy Moss

Rand Moss is already acting all depressed and whining about a dirty hit, even though it was his own player that blocked the guy into Brady.

With Brady not out there throwing him darts, the "i don't give a damn" Moss could quickly return.

I already had the Jets as the top team in the division, and next week, they can take a big step toward that. With Revis on Moss, it will take very solid passes to equal completions. I think Moss could end up frustrated very soon in this matchup if Cassell doesn't do an excellent job of getting the ball in exactly the right spot.

I had the Patriots as 2nd in the division, I am thinking 3rd and missing the playoffs at this point unless the Brady news becomes much better than expected.

Yep. Moss seems to be on his way to imploding. It'll be interesting to see if the robotic Pats can keep the train moving.

It is now official. Tom Brady placed on IR and done for 2008. Havnt seen any official details released on the injury which makes me believe what I reported earlier that this is a serious and maybe long term injury.

It would actually be really entertaining if this team won the super bowl without Brady.

This time around he has Belichek and company, not Art Shell and a bed n breakfast owner. I wasn't expecting last year's numbers from Moss, but I also don't think he's a lost cause. He made some journeymen look decent in Minny before Culpepper came along.

I fully expected Most to be what he was last year. As long as he was on a top tier team with a top tier QB getting him the ball, he was going to be the playmaker of old.

Now, things are changing...

From the discussions on ESPN right now, sounds like that is all there is to it (as if that isn't enough), so an 8-9 month rehab process, and providing he has no complications during rehab, he should be find for 2009.

Anyone notice they have yet to say what the injury is? They just keep saying knee injury. Just say it's his focking ACL.

They knew from preliminary mri yesterday that it was his mcl and acl. They just wanted to get another mri this morning after the swelling went down.

ah, ok. I was watching them doing interviews on TV. They had a doctor (or someone who stayed in an holiday inn express) talking about it and the rehab process

I think Randy Moss needs to do another interview and apologize for his idiotic comment from yesterday.
