Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson Hurt Toe

LaDainian Tomlinson revealed in his post-game press conference that he hurt his toe in the Chargers' Week 1 game. He'll have it examined Monday.

While he called it turf toe and said it wasn't a big deal, you never know. By today it may be swollen and feel a lot different. Owners should keep watch as it would be ideal if he wasn't hobbled going into a matchup with denver this week. I personally don't like toe injuries as you never find out enough info on them. They can be a minor bother or screw with a player for a long time.

Tomlinson is saying it is minor. With Sproles and Hester, I think it would be smart to go easy on Tomlinson for at least a week and see how it heals.
