Ron Dayne obviously kept ahead of him on the roster

Where will he end up and will he make an impact?

Assume he was referring to Dayne as Qriffen is 5-8 185. That's a healthy kick less than Dallas new backup in Darren Sproles at 5-6 and 180. I still remember some impulse trades last year on this guy. Maybe someone with SloMo will own up to a trade for Q and see who has the better fantasy prospects. I swear I gandered Maurice loading up the trash outside my house this morning.

Griffen was cut. Now you gotta ask yourself where will he land. May just wanna keep at least one eye on this guy. Fantasy wise it could be interesting.

I had not heard that - was it a trade or waivers?

Where are all the people that thought that Quentin Griffin would be able to fill in for Clinton Portis just fine?

Meanwhile the Broncos are still looking for a suitable replacement....just goes to show the value of a stud RB.

Actually I think Bell has the skills to be the man in Denver. RB's are wasted in Denver in my opinion. Having a change of pace RB on the roster is one thing, having four and your just wasting careers. Given a chance, Bell could carry the load in Denver IMHO.

I believe Sproles is in San Diego, not Dallas. New back ups in Dallas at my last sight were Barber and Anthony Thomas.

I had heard that Anthony Thomas had solidified his hold on the #2 spot and thought Barber had not and SD may have traded Sproles - I double checked the drops and Sproles wasn't let go so it must be a trade or a typo.

Any word on the current team opinion of Barber?

Griffin knocked me out of a $60,000 pick a winner pool last year in the 2nd week. So screw him. Broncos only needed a FG to win the game and with the ball on I think the 10 yard line with 2nd and goal and one TO they didn't like the field spot so they decide to run the ball over to the other hash marks and call time to allow Elam an easy 29 yarder. They hand off to Griffin and yeah you guessed it, FUMBLE!!!!!!!

BTW, that pool is up to $80,000 this year. It's a split pot, with a local Catholic church getting half and the "donators" getting the other half. Sixteen people split $30,000 last year. All for a $20 "donation".
