Fantasy Advice Needed

My Players:
QB Collins, Brees, Delhomme
RB Dillon, Barber, Cedric Benson, Duece Staley
WR J. Porter, Reggie Wayne, Lelie, Houshmanzedeh, C Rogers (Lions)
TE Bubba Franks, D Graham
K Janokowski

Need to start: 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K and 1Flex. I thought the Flex could be any position (why I drafted 3 QBs), but it can only be WR or RB.

I plan to start K. Collins, RB Dillon, Barber, WR Wayne, Lelie, Houshmanzedeh, TE B Franks, K Janokowski.
I don't know what to do for my flex - I think Porter, Rogers and Cedric Benson are all questionable and Staley is a no. Think I should drop a QB and pick up Michael Bennett - vickings? Or just use Benson as the flex and hope he gets some carries? Thanks for any advice.

stick Charles Rogers in your flex

Dont use benson yet, thomas Jones is going to get most of the carries, and on the other hand do not drop benson cause hes gonna shine really hot around midseason.
