That was a great game. I thought for a second that Reggie Bush knocked Matt Leinart into the endzone and while he may have given him a little shove it was Leinart's turn around move at the goal line that got him in.

That is a very shady area in football games. Many, many time, the play is called dead immediately when a Quarterback is stopped like that.

I didnt see the ball fly loose initially when Leinart was stopped in the previous play, that sure turned out to be a lucky/bad play for them.

One of the sucky things about rankings is that Notre Dame will drop after this loss, and if you watched the game, there is no reason for them to drop at all.

They won't drop that far at all. But still they are a 2 loss team now they shouldn't be that highly ranked.

Yeah USC was lucky the ball was knocked out Leinart shouldve just thrown it out of bounds. But those were some Tom Osbourne sized balls by Pete Carroll to call that QB sneak there with no timeouts. I guess thats why he wears those baggy pants to be able to carry those big ass balls of his.

I am curious what kind of condition Leinart is in after that TD. He looked like he got his bell rung pretty hard.

Well you saw him at the sidelines after the play and he just had his head down. If you wouldve just seen that picture before the last minute you wouldve thought they lost.

looks like Notre Dame held pretty strong in the rankings, still holding back an undefeated Texas Tech team in the AP poll, as well as one loss teams like Florida State and Penn State.

Granted I am a tad bit late in responding but.....That was a great game and I was glad to see that ND didn't drop in the rankings. I actually believe that ND can play with/beat any team in the country. I am not saying ND is the best team in the country but they can def play with ay of the teams I have watched this year.
