Ohio St will meet up with West Virginia in the first ever "overrated bowl"

Fresno St. was considered for this honor but Ohio St. stepped up and convincingly took the spot with a very impressive performance against Northwestern.

**UPDATE**..........West Virginia has been replaced with LSU.......
