What are your thoughts on this guy? I was considering moving him to to #1 in my Tight End rankings until Vernon Davis turned into Superman at the combine.

Still, I think he is very easily the #2 Tight End in this draft and a definatey first round pick.

The best TE in the 2006 NFL draft is Dominique Byrd. A team with an eye for what it needs, and that doesn't push their luck thinking Dom will fall to the 3rd round will scoop him up. I like the Cards or the Rams to nab him in the 2nd.

I like Marcedes to excel as well, and as far as freak-boy goes (VD) he reminds me of Herschel Walker.

When it comes to NFL impact - blast from the past. You always liked Gibson. I never saw it.

Funny, never seen you there to argue it either, only now that you can look in hindsight

Not sure what Gibson has to do with this tight end discussion, but I think I did a decent job with my Reggie Brown ranking in that thread.

Besides Gibson is still in the NFL, lets not close the book on him yet.
