| Luckiest Man in Hired Gun Premium Member | Cleveland is still a few years away and need to improve on the defensive side of the ball. Cinncy could finish anywhere from 1st to 3rd depending on when Palme r can return and how healthy he will be. Ravens will need McNair to compete but their defense will keep them in games. The Steelers are the most balanced team in the division and should win the division... 1. Steelers 2/3 Ravens/ Cinncy ( McNair's situation and Palmer's health are the deciding factors here) 4. Browns I think there will be 2 teams from the North that go... |

| Who Me? Admin | My divisional rankings for the AFC North are: 1. Pittsburgh - 11-5 - The division title they failed to win last year, unfortunatly for them, this is the only title they will win this season. 2. Cincinnati - 10-6 - The Bengals rebound from a mediocre start and find their groove down the stretch. A win at home vs Pittsburgh gets them into the playoffs in week 17. This time they are ready to make some noise, but ultimately fall short in the AFC title game. 3. Baltimore - 8-8 - Prove to be a tough game week in and week out as usual, loose a couple close games that cost them a playoff spot. 4. Cleveland - 7-9 - Romeo's transformation continues and they show major improvement. Still a year or two away from mounting a serious run at the division.

| Erudite | Cubs win, Cubs win...(that was for Nikki, kind of a hump day pick me up) The Steelers, my Steelers, will win the Division this year. I was concerned about a post Superbowl let down but have had my fears quelled by reports out of the Steelers offices of the most productive off-season training and coaching sessions since Cowher's arrival. Marv Lewis has brought the same focus and intensity to the Bengals and should be there at the end if Palmer can make a healthy recovery. The 4-5 games they won't have him will be a strong test of their character and resolve. It will be a strong testament to Lewis' coaching abilities and a coach of the year award if the Bengals can challenge for the Division. Overall I see the division breaking out as follows: Steelers 14-2 Bengals 10-6 Ravens 9-7 Browns 7-9 |

| Outlaw | 1 - Cincy 2 - Steelers 3 - Browns 4 - Ravens While it may be true that the Browns are a couple years away (from Super Bowl form), the Ravens are under extreme pressure for the next 2 years. If they can't get it done this year or next, they are in salary cap purgatory and you will see a firesale the likes of which haven't been seen since the Marlins. I think the pressure and the infighting will get to them this year, as I see this team falling apart at the seams. I don't think Billick makes it through to next season. Harsh, I know, but this team is in a lot more trouble than people realize. The Steelers will be gunned for every week, so it'll be hard for them to pull it out. I just like Cincy to clean up the division again. |
