I like McAllister here. Much more potential, and a solid starter.

Yeah i agree. I have no faith in Gore starting or holding the job if he does.

Losing Davis would be a big hurt for your RB corps. How many players do you start at RB?

I am going to say no. Peyton Manning simply isn't worth that much.

I am gonna disagree. If you can get McCallister for Gore....and you can pick up one of the rookie rbs from this years draft, I would do that deal to also get Manning....as you fix Qb and still have decent at rb.

Ok back up a little , as I read too fast. If you can get McCallister for Gore, go right ahead and do it now. For some reason I thought it was the other way around. Then with the first pick of Bush, you will have NO sewn up. Then I might be more willing to move Davis to Peyton.

I still don't make that second trade. I like Manning, but I am not giving up 3 starters for him. No how, no way.

At that point Kitna wouldnt be a starter for him, and we dont even know at this point if KRob would be either.

I'm on the fence here also. Like P Manning ,,DURABLE and hasn't missed a game I think sense starting. D Davis does seem to be injury pron for his size but a very good back. Kitna 35yrs old this year could be a good QB starter for this year but offensive line is still question. K Robinson will be starter but will he post good numbers??,,,with B Johnson throwing the ball. Plus I do have the 1st and 8th pick of RD 1 plus the 1st and 2nd pick of RD 2 (13 & 14 PICK) Still thinking about it until tonight Gore for Deuce is getting done now so I have Deuce & 1ST PICK and R JOhnson. LIKE TO HEAR OPINIONS ON THIS OFFER?

I think I would take the other trade now that you have Deuce. Get Manning and you will have your every week QB instead of playing QB roulette.

I would not do the deal as presented......I think a similar deal does make sense, but I think Dom and Manning have very similar value. Adding in Kitna does not hurt at all, but giving KRob too???? Too much man, he getting greedy there. My advise is you tell him DD & Kit for Manning, and stand your ground. the NO RB's and Rudi should allow you to trade Dom, but I just don't see in giving the farm.....

I have to agree with Miller Time on this one. The way he presented it is way to greedy. Often times it seems people try to get just a little more than what they should for it. Remove K. Robinson from the trade and try to add someone else from his team in the counter offer (I'm not sure who else he has, so I'm not sure who to say to go for). More than likely he will not except it, but it will get the ball rolling and show that your not going to be taken advantage of. If he continues with another counter offer, then eventially you may be able to get him to give up just a little more and make a trade that gets you P Manning and maybe something else to help you while giving up just a bit less than the original trade.

To go from that hodge podge of QB's to Peyton will cover the points that Krob will give him IMO. As long as KROB is not a starter for him.

I agree with Taz. First if you are relying on Krob as a #1 wr, you have issues anyway. Second, P.Manning in almost all scoring systems is a top scorer. Put him in with the RB of NO, and Rudi, and you will have an absolutely great start. I am high on Kitna in a Martz offense...but he is no stud by any means. Countering isn't a bad idea....if you really want to keep Krob...but I think the deal is doable as is.

I'd take both the McAlliser and Manning deals.

Especially if this is a dynasty/multi keeper league.

While top 10 RBs rotate at a 50% clip annually, there is something to be said for knowing you have a top 3 player at QB for the next 8-10 seasons....

Both deals are done guys .. Thanks for the input. McAllister for Gore I jump all over and the P Manning for D Davis and Kitna plus a 5th rd pick this year ( rookie draft) is also a done deal ...
