Bah Reggie Bush?

Doesn't matter, would have drafted Palmer anyhow in the third, and he was still there in the 4th.

man, surprised by some of these picks. surprised to see hines ward fall so far, and djax as well. ward would probably have been my second choice if gates wasnt there at 3.2

also shocked to see the QBs starting already. last draft they took another round and a half before it started, and now with the PPR arent they worth even less? hmm, maybe TDs are all 6? i need to check this.

Was in a bit of a bind on this pick with the amount of receivers that have been taken.

Taking Andre Johnson a little early, only by a few picks though with the feeling that being healthy, and some offensive changes will bring much better results for him this year.

well was figuring AJ would be there, went with plan B instead. I expect Horn to crank it up one more time this year and makes one helkl of a trio at WR.

Thought about Horn, went with youth and upside. This new offense better be as advertised.

huh, forgot that chester taylor was still even on the board. if i was going to take a RB at 3.2, he wouldve been my pick, but it was too high there. hes great in PPR format though, since he had like 40 catches last year (7th or 8th in the league for RBs) as essentially a backup. that and the fact that brad childress tends to like his pass catching RBs. should be a good match, too bad he didnt make it to me, though i probably wouldve forgotten him and hated myself.

miller, you like horn way more than me. i didnt even know if i would have traded that 3.3 (croyle) pick in the other league to you for horn. i think hes done. donte's the guy you want now. horn wont be worth much this year imo. id gamble on him in the 6th or so, but i cant take him this high.

Actually for screwing up my list a little, I'm not too disappointed in my draft so far. I actually got the QB I wanted...just a little early. I really needed an other wide out but I think there is still plenty of talent on the board.

ah derrick mason, underrated every year in the PPR. i'll take another year of 90 catches, 1100 yards, and 7 TDs. and being reunited with mcnair cant hurt.

Mason was a consideration for me, but I actually thought I had a chance for him in the next round.

You don't have to be a fan to draft the guy. Who else is Brady going to throw the ball to, besides his four tight ends and a linebacker?

He always finds about 13 others to throw to when all is said and done. Fellf ree to draft him, dont let me stop you, lol. Although you wont have any competition from me when you do.

I disagree, Horn was banged up all last season as was the entire NO offense. That team was a mess last year. This year they have Brees under center and new offensive weapons to take pressure off of Horn. I'm expecting a huge bounce back year. 80 rec - 1200 yds - 9 TD's is what I'm expecting out of Horn this season.

i know its a bit high for curtis martin, but i didnt want to wait until my 6.11 to take my second RB, and the only real value i saw at this spot is at the one position i cant draft. pretty surprised to see a couple of those guys there, and in a real draft i wouldve either taken one of them or traded the pick or gates here. oh well. martin doesnt have a huge ceiling, but i think he is a pretty safe bet for about 14-1500 combined yards and 6-8 TDs, and the selling point is his receptions. he catches about 40 balls a year when healthy and that makes up a lot of ground. i like what the jets have done to upgrade their line in a huge way, and mangini will no doubt run the ball. martin gives me a guy who i know i can count on every week at #2, and i would rather have a steady guy like that when i already have high upside on my first three picks.

javon walker was the one guy i considered there other than RB. that and of course gonzo, who is great value, but not like im going to draft a second TE when you cant trade. anyways, if i thought walker had any realistic shot to bounce back to his 90/1100/12 from two years ago, it would be an easy pick. but hes recovering from an acl, and hes on a new team, and he now has jake plummer chucking it. i expect more like 60/900/7, which wasnt worth my pick there. wouldve given me a pretty team on paper, but i cant back a guy like that.

for the record, taz, i actually considered taylor this time. hes not so bad in a PPR league if he can stay healthy.

Well at this point, I'm not seeing any guys who ppr make alot better for the RB's, so I went with a guy I really like to anchor my RB2 spot. I know, huge risk here, but I think this will be his show and he will end up being a steal in the 5th. Could easily put up top 10 numbers if he keeps the starting job all year.

i knew this is who you would take miller, and i just dont like the pick at all. i bet he wont catch more than like 10 passes all year, and i dont see how hes going to do more than at best split carries. unless jones get traded or hurt, i just dont see why they wouldnt use both of them sorta like the broncos last year.

bensons upside rushing looks to me like 1300 and 8 or something in there, though i dont think he gets within shouting range of the 1300 personally. however i see a couple other RBs with similar rushing upside who will catch more passes, so i dont know why they wouldnt make more sense here.

on my 5.2, i was begging for a reason to wait on RB. i thought it was 50-50 that cumar wouldve made it back to me, or else there were a few others i didnt mind. but i just couldnt find anyone to bother with taking at 5.2 that was valuable. i really expected you guys to take 2 or 3 TEs before me, and that wouldve left me with someone like driver there, or else i thought palmer.

for the record, that would make horn the #9 WR in any normal season (last three year's stats averaged). is that really what you expect?
