I was offered Droughns, Wali Lundy, Cotchery and I would give up Tiki.

This is a keeper league and I do have Brandon Jacobs. And my other RB is Edge.

If you want to know the scoring I will let you know when I get home tonight.

Do you have a chance to win the league this season?

I don't know...its tempting...

Since you have Jacobs that is a huge keep for you...plus you will have to drop 2 players...and you can still keep Jacobs after the season

I don't know, how many keepers can you have? The scoring system will help once you post it as well. I'm leaning toward no at the moment.

Ok before I answer the questions let me tell you my thinking and you can tell me if I'm crazy or not. I am very tempted to do this trade because I will be getting value for Tiki. If Tiki does end up retiring at the end of this season then thats it but with this trade I will get value plus I have the person who will be taking Tiki's place.

No to the questions.

I don't think I have a chance to win this league this year.
Yes we have limited roster space.

Ok he changed the deal on me. Now I would be giving up Tiki, Patrick Karney and Adam Archuleta.

nope, don't do it.

First - Droughns has no long term value

Second - Lundy is completely unknown at this point. (someone is trying to sell high after a big game against the Titans, and a game where the Jaguars laid down.

Third - Cotchery is a decent option, nothing special though.

You might keep one of those guys if you keep alot of players, otherwise, they are worthless.

I wouldn't do it for the simple premise that you're not getting a keeper value in return, yes, Barber is in all likelyhood done after the season, and you should actively be looking to trade him to a contender that could use him this season to make a playoff run, but I think that in order to value your team up a little, you need to get at least one guy you can count on to be a keeper and another questionable guy that has the opportunity to become one to warrant trading Tiki away..........but I would actively look to deal him so you don't lose the value in having him when he retires on you at the end of the season

These multi player for 1 deals are always kinda skewed because you will have to be dropping players to keep these guys on ur roster. Who will you have to drop and is the value of the people you are getting worth the drops?
