I am wondering which of these three backs is the best option for a keeper in my league where we can only keep one player.

1. Ronnie Brown-Saban says he likes to use two backs
2. Brandon Jacobs-He is a man beast but can he carry 20 times a game
3. Frank Gore- Shows flashes of LT

i would say jacobs or gore, your best bet at this point in time would likely be gore, there is uncertainty for ny's rb situation next year, whereas it looks like gore is pretty much the dude

Ronnie Brown is the pick here. Jacobs is way to much of an unknown at this point to consider. Gore and Brown are close, but I think Brown will be the better back if Miami can improve their line some.

I would say Brown. As far as Saban liking to use two backs, that is becoming a case for teams more and more because players aren't being developed in high school and college that can carry every down. This is why fullbacks are getting harder and harder to find every year in the draft.

Yeah I agree, Brown is the best choice here IMO.
