Just in case the General Managers are looking, lets give our opinions on what you guys think the Raiders need to do once this season is over.

Take this as deep as you want or can.

• Draft day 1 - Who are the target players that you would be looking at?
• Free Agents - Who are some free agents that the Texans should make a run at?
• Positions - Which positions, both sides of the ball need the most improvement?

Main keys have got to be Qb, Off line and WR. Defense also needs to be addressed as they are long in the tooth at DL.

I would expect Quinn in round 1. I think WR or Lb or dB in round 2. Look for support DL and OL after that.

They want to play old style smash mouth run and deep passing game. They need to upgrade the OL to do that. I think if his back is okay..Jordan at rb is fine. Quinn or some other young Qb is a must though, as Walters is not the answer.
