| Water Boy | I am currently in first place in 12 team league and have been offered a trade: Here is my current team: QB: Rothlesburger, A. Smith, D. Huard, Leinert RB: S. Jackson, Westbrook, McAllister WR: Holt, Driver, Fitzgerald, Evans K-Graham D-Baltimore My weakest spot is at QB. I know I have too many QB's but I picked them up off waiver wire last week and played Big Ben, but he goes into one of the toughest endings to a season. Huard is out, and Smith and Leinert.. well that's trouble- easy schedule, but still too inconsistent. I have been offered Peyton Manning for Tory Holt. We also get 1 pt per completion in this league. Normally I like to get by with avg QB's, but St. Louis has tough passing schedule and lost Orlando Pace which means Bulger is going to get bounced around like he did this past weekend leaving Tory with 5 catches & <100 yards, in theory. Anyone have any thoughts on this as I think with Fitzgerland and Evans I can get by in better shape with Peyton. But what happens when they clinch playoffs and we see Jim Zalabim Sorgi? I don't like that thought either. As always I, love this site and appreciate the input. Good Luck All!! Rookie Last edited by vjb222; 11-15-2006 at 09:01 PM. |

| who me? Admin | When does your season end? According to a report on ESPN, the Colts will rest their players the last two weeks of the season if their playoff spot is locked up. |

| who me? Admin | I would be afraid to pull the trigger on that. Fitzgerald just came back last week from a big hamstring injury and he reaggravated it in the game. You would be stuck with the chance of not having Holt, and possibly not having Fitzgerald. |

| I Hate the Eagles | I have to agree with Mike, you're not sure what you will get out of Fitz the rest of the way as that could turn into a nagging injury and with the team being out of the playoff hunt, they may choose to let him sit and rest it for a prolonged amount of time. You might be better off to see if any other teams have any desire for Fitz and try to package him and one of the starting QB's for a better Qb and a lesser WR.
