same old league i been posting about all season. never did get myself a good RB2, so i gotta roll with the guys above.

rest of the starting lineup: peyton, westbrook, andre j, driver, boldin, witten/crumpler (with chambers/evans as WR options too)

1 per 10 rush or rec, 6 per all TDs, 1 per reception, 3 point bonus for 100 yards rush or rec

its gotta be one of the above 4 options in the title. my short thoughts on each:

julius jones
+by far most yards of any of the options
+probably the only one with a shot at 3 point bonus
+most points of any of them this season
-toughest matchup (tampa)
-always gets TDs vultured
-almost never gets catches (6 all season, 3 last week)

marion barber
+second most points, just 7 behind jones, for season
+scores a lot of TDs, 9 this season so far
-obv same tough matchup as jones (tampa - 5 TD rush all season allowed)
-not many catches (12 all season)
-not enough rush yards to matter usually
-TDs make him an all or nothing, sorta like bubba franks as a RB

wali lundy
+easily the best receiver of this group, 3 or 4 catches many weeks
+has scored a TD three of the last five games since being reactivated
+biggest upside of the options
-no idea how many touches, got just 8 carries last week and gado played well
-playing #1 D (jets) in league against RB receiving (only 28 rec, under 200 yards all season)
-biggest downside

mike bell
+denver RB, nuff said
+playing KC defense which is slightly below avg against run
+hes probable, and tatum looks questionable to play
-never can tell with shanny who gets the looks
-huge road div game, probably low scoring smashmouth sort

the obvious choice is jones for dallas, but hes been frustrating me since i got him every time he gets yanked at the goal line or every third series. then again, the week i play barber finally is the week he doesnt score. if only i could play julius barber, who would be the #3 fantasy RB in the league.

im leaning toward passing on the cowboys guys, then making sure that tatum is out and playing mike bell tonight... and if hes not / i dont know for sure, then playing lundy.

thats my gut. what does yours say?

Denver's report has both Tatum and Mike probable at this point, but no sure decision has been made on Tatum. At best, these guys probably split carries.

Sadly, I am in a similar position this week and have chosen the poison of starting Julius Jones and Marion Barber both. (hoping that Dallas will run, run, run, all over Tampa's defense.

One thing I will say, with Parcells knowing he has 10 days to rest these guys, he will be less worried about giving the ball to Julius Jones 30 time. He has been purposely limiting him up to this point to keep him fresh for the Colts and the Buccaneers. I figure once the Cowboys are up by a couple touchdowns and Jones has 120 and a score or two, Parcells will let Barber finish the game and get 80 and a score himself (maybe two )
