I would lose some of my RB depth though.

i dont think you should.

you already have good WRs in Marshall, Rice, and Dez. You only have 3 RBs on your roster.

I would do it, and that flex spot is the big reason why. Yeah, you'll lose some depth at RB, but you'll have a pretty good #1 and 2 #2s in Best/Caddy.

The biggest downside I see is the bye week implications it brings to your table. You'll have some holes to fill in weeks 4 and 7

Week 4: Sidney Rice, Dez Bryant, Caddy are out
Week 7: Shonn Greene, Jahvid Best are out

My last question: is this a PPR league?

Stewert and Caddy? Don't give them both up for Jennings! You would lose all depth at RB.
