Planning Ahead

I've been starting Brady but their by is week 10. My other QB is Rivers and they play Indy that week at home. Is that a good start or should I try to pick up Jason Campbell or another QB?? The guy I play that week has a losing record but I need to be prepared just incase he breaks out.
