QB Quandry

Need to win as I have been talking a lot of smack to the guy I'm facing this week, which just so happens to be my sister's boyfriend. So, a win would really be good!

My current QBs are Brett Favre and Matt Cassel. And believe or not, Matt Ryan is a free agent (recently dropped two weeks ago). I don't know why. Anyways, I'm going to drop Brett Favre and pick him up.

But here is what each QB is look at: (Next week would be the championships)

-Cassel faces off @ Oakland this week and ARI next week.
-Ryan has a horrible matchup vs TB this week but MIN next week.

-Favre has a decent matchup vs BUF this week and @ SEA next week.

So, my dilemma is this: Would picking up Ryan really benefit me? I don't trust Ryan going against a pissed off Buccaneers defense. And Oakland's secondary is one of the better ones for me to start Cassel. So, would Brett Favre really be the guy I should start this week?

This must be a toughie:

Because of Cassel's death in the family, i was able to stash him on IR and pick up Shaun Hill.

Would he be the better play now over Matt Ryan/Cassel. He is @MIA but stats from West Coast teams traveling to the East Coast to play at 1PM usually aren't good. Am i looking to far into that mess?

Brett is due, and that is a goofy IR rule.

Cassel is playing....do you have anyone else to drop since your picked up hill and cassel is on IR?

Nah... i'll have to make a last minute decision and drop one of them Sunday around 12:55.

It is a goofy rule, that many teams took advantage of when their players were suspended and the like... so i figure i may as well take advantage of it now -- albeit now it doesn't matter since he's back.
